Foo Fighters Running Playlist
I love the Foo Fighters! Their songs aren’t all at the perfect bpm of 180 bpm, but these are close enough that you can get into the groove for a middle of the week run.
The first song, my absolute favorite, “All My Life,” is on the cusp of what I’d recommend for a running cadence. Take it easy as a warm up. Each of the songs gradually get faster and then peak at 192 bpm with “Good Grief.” The last song, “Next Year,” is too slow to run. It’s best to take it easy as a cool down and do some walking or stretching.
