Let me DJ your run!

What does that mean? Well, as a certified RRCA run coach and formerly certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as a marathoner, long time recreational runner, and an indie songwriter who writes music for running, I have a specialized ability to find the right tunes for running workouts.

You choose the styles and artists. Let me know what kind of suggestions you’re open to and what types of music/artists you don’t want to hear. Tell me what you’re training for or what your goals are. Select the length of playlist you want. All of that is up to you. Then, I will do all the rooting around and track sorting for you. This is not going to be something that is generated instantly by a recommendation engine, so you won’t get it instantly (just a couple business days.) If possible, I’ll even run to it myself first. As a result you don’t have to worry about any clunker songs slowing you down; you’ll be all set for a smooth run.

The tempo will be in the range of 175-190 bpm, which helps encourage a high cadence stride rate and a more efficient gait regardless of pace. If you have a really specific tempo within that window, let me know.
